BCLCA's Vehicle Storage Agreement

Over the past year several questions have been posed by members storing vehicles on their property for clients such as 5th Wheels, camper vans, travel trailers, tent trailers, motor homes, boats and trailers and cargo/utility trailers.

To address this BCLCA asked the legal firm Alexander Holburn Beaudin + Lang LLP to prepare and provide the members with a Vehicle Storage Agreement Template.

Members will need to tweak certain elements of the Vehicle Storage Agreement Template to customize the document for use at their specific site.
