The Ideas Forum is designed to provide BC Lodging and Campground Association members and guests with an inexpensive learning opportunity thanks to our sponsors and suppliers. It’s a chance to network with the sponsors, suppliers, fellow members and meet the volunteer board of directors. This is where ideas are discussed, knowledge is shared, and members’ questions answered!

The theme “Western Canada Unites” and the annual event is sponsored by WorkSafe BC, CampLife, Signature Risk, Rona, Western Financial Group, First Data and others.
The 82nd BC Lodging and Campgrounds Association Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 4, 2025 time to be announced followed by a Question & Answer cracker barrel. Only members in good standing can attend and vote at the BCLCA Annual General Meeting.
Quality speakers are sprinkled throughout the agenda talking on a number of topics affecting the day-to-day operation of your business. These people are the industry experts in their field and can answer your burning questions. The full speaker line-up will be posted in September 2025.
There is a fee per person for BCLCA members and other non member businesses to attend.
Onsite Delegates: Member rates per person to be announced July 2025.
Meals: The per person registration fee allows the onsite delegate to attend all sessions, keynotes, tabletop trade show, refreshments and meals as advertised. The registration fee does not include accommodation.
Virtual: No virtual registrations just onsite in person delegates only. Note the sessions onsite are not recorded.
Hotel: St Eugene Golf Resort Casino, Cranbrook room rates to be announced in July 2025.
For direct access to members, industry suppliers can attend the BCLCA Lodging & Camping Ideas Forum either as delegates or as exhibitors. BCLCA is hosting an onsite tabletop show on one of the days for three hours. Their is a cost for suppliers to purchase a booth which will be announced in April 2025.
Sponsorships and speaking opportunities are also available to suppliers.
The British Columbia Lodging and Campgrounds Association represents the interests of independently owned and operated lodging, campgrounds, and RV parks and works for the betterment of these sectors of the tourism industry. The Association is a member of the Canadian Camping and RV Association, the national advocacy voice of campgrounds/RV parks across Canada.
