The Ideas Forum is designed to provide BC Lodging and Campground Association members and guests with an inexpensive learning opportunity thanks to our sponsors and suppliers. It’s a chance to network with the sponsors, suppliers, fellow members and meet the volunteer board of directors. This is where ideas are discussed, knowledge is shared, and members’ questions answered!
Registration Opens August 2023
The 80th BC Lodging and Campgrounds Association Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Only members in good standing can attend and vote at the BCLCA Annual General Meeting.
Quality speakers are sprinkled throughout the agenda talking on a number of topics affecting the day-to-day operation of your business. A detailed agenda and the full speaker line will be posted in July 2023.
There is a fee per person for BCLCA members and other businesses to attend.
Onsite: The cost estimate is $298 plus GST for the first delegate in a business to attend and thereafter $248 plus GST per person for the 2nd, 3rd or more delegates from the same business. The onsite delegate can attend all sessions, keynotes, tabletop trade show, refreshments and meals as advertised. The registration fee does not include accommodation.
Virtual: Registration access to the entire virtual event is $199 plus GST first person and to add additional attendees from your organization $49 plus GST each additional person.

For direct access to members, industry suppliers can attend the BCLCA Lodging & Camping Ideas Forum either as delegates or as exhibitors. BCLCA is planning to host a hybrid onsite tabletop show on one of the days for three hours and a virtual trade show throughout the Ideas Forum. The cost for suppliers to purchase a booth is $350 plus GST for members and $700 plus GST for non-members (which includes joining the BCLCA for one year).
